Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the hgzy website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who uses the hgzy platform, whether registered or not.
• "We" or "hgzy" refers to the organisation operating this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive benefits.
• "Bet" refers to a wager or stake placed to participate in any game or sports event.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the amount that must be wagered in order to make bonus funds withdrawable.

Terms in these conditions may be used in either the singular or plural. Where any ambiguity arises in the interpretation of a clause, the decision of hgzy shall be considered final.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on the hgzy platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information about yourself — registration under a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must ensure that online gaming or betting is legally permitted in your area of residence.
• Verification of the mobile number or email address provided at registration is mandatory.
• hgzy may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

Account Security

Keeping your hgzy account secure is your own responsibility. The following rules apply in this regard:

• Do not share your login credentials (password, PIN, etc.) with anyone.
• Sharing account access with or granting access to another person is prohibited.
• Transferring, selling, or giving your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on the hgzy platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum of ৳500 applies to each withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Timeframe: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• Deposited funds will only be accepted from the account holder's own payment method. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. If verification is not completed, withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected.
• If a technical error occurs during a deposit or withdrawal, hgzy will take appropriate action after completing an investigation. hgzy reserves the right to reverse transactions that resulted from an error.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The terms and conditions relating to bonuses and promotional offers provided on hgzy are detailed below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Participating in a single promotion more than once, or multiple members of the same household claiming the same offer, is prohibited.
• hgzy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant account will be subject to investigation.

Gaming Rules

All games on hgzy are conducted fairly and transparently. The following gaming rules apply to all users:

• The outcome of each game is determined through an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) or a certified live dealer system.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection during a game, hgzy will review the situation and make a decision accordingly.
• If an abnormal or unrealistic win occurs in a game due to a software error, hgzy reserves the right to void that transaction.
• In sports betting markets, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the staked amount is generally refunded. However, different rules may apply depending on the specific market.
• Attempting to gain an artificial advantage by placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts or devices simultaneously is prohibited.
• The hgzy authority holds final power over all decisions.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on hgzy and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to control games or bets using bots, automated scripts, crawlers, or any other unauthorised software.
• Attempting unauthorised interference with the platform's systems, software, or security measures.
• Operating an account under a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means.
• Facilitating platform access for minors.
• Collecting or misusing other users' personal information.
• Deliberately causing system errors to gain an unfair advantage.

Limitation of Liability

hgzy will not be liable for any financial or other compensation in the following circumstances:

• If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
• If service is disrupted due to unexpected technical errors, server downtime, or third-party software issues.
• For losses arising from the user sharing their own login details or account access with a third party.
• If any legal complications arise due to the user violating local laws in their area of residence.
• If service is disrupted due to an unexpected natural disaster or Force Majeure event.

hgzy commits that the platform is secured with SSL encryption and that the highest level of technology is used to keep users' financial information safe.

Account Suspension & Closure

hgzy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Registration using false information.
• Identification of multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• At the user's own request to voluntarily close the account.

Before closing an account, hgzy will inform the user of any unresolved matters. A decision on returning any valid balance will be made after completing an investigation.
